ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement contains the entire understanding between MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY and the Client. Any changes to the terms and conditions detailed within this contract must be set out and agreed by both parties in writing. This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
Client shall reserve the time and date of services by signing and returning this contract along with a non-refundable, non-transferable reservation retainer 30%. No date is reserved until the contract and retainer are received. The remaining balance due for the photography services must be paid in full one month before the wedding day. The Photographer is not responsible for the rendering of services until the full balance is paid.
LATE PAYMENT
In the event Client fails to remit payment as specified, the MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with no further obligation, retain any monies already paid, and not attend this event.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in sent in writing, by mail or e-mail. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAHY will do the best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. If MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY is not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
If MARGARETA RING PGOTOGRAPHY cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract.

A timeline of the wedding day, including dates, times and locations will be agreed in writing beforehand to ensure the photographer has an agreed plan for services required. Any changes to these arrangements by either the Client or the photographer shall need to be agreed in writing.
VENUE RESTRICTIONS:
Photographer may be necessarily limited by the guidelines or rules of the ceremony official, ceremony venue, or reception venue. Client understands and agrees that Photographer will abide by such guidelines or rules and that they are outside the control of Photographer. Client agrees to hold Photographer harmless for the impact such guidelines or rules may have on the resulting photographs.
CREATIVE CONTROL:
The Client agrees to give the photographer creative freedom when it comes to editing and retouching images, with any specific requirements made in writing by the Client prior to the agreed wedding date. By signing this contract, the client is aware of the style of photography that MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY produces.
COPYRIGHT:
The Photographer retains the rights to all images produced as part of his photography services offering. Unless otherwise stated in writing the images produced will be granted the Client with an “All Purpose, All Media” usage license which means they are free to use the images in any way desired for as long as desired and places no restrictions upon their personal usage.
PROMOTIONAL USAGE:
The Client hereby allows the photographer to use any image produced for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website advertising, social media, brochures, magazine articles, sample albums etc. The photographer cannot be held liable or accountable for malicious actions using these images by persons other than MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY employees.

Our commitment is to delivering quality and satisfactory service and/or products. In case Client is not completely satisfied with our products we would do our best to resolve the issues to the best of our abilities. Please contact us via email or phone call explaining the specific areas of concern.
There will not be any refund for the Services already rendered in accordance with the service contract issued to you at the time of booking. Booking advances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the Client chooses to not take any deliverables agreed upon at the time of booking after the shoot is over, there will not be any refunds in any form (for instance, printed albums, videos, teasers etc.)
Any changes in the deliverables have to be informed to us in writing at least 30 days in advance from the first date of the shoot.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In the unlikely event that the Photographer are unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to injury, illness, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement can not be found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S).
OVERTIME:
MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY charges €180/hour for each overtime hour. Overtime rate is subject to change and may not be the same once your wedding day arrives. All overtime will be booked to client after the event and no images will be delivered until it is paid.
SECOND SHOOTER:
If a second shooter is selected for the event and added to the contract please be advised that they will be there for the hours chosen by the photographer. Second shooters may not be there for the entire day depending on the needs of the photographer that day. Clients must give discretion to MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY on this matter.

DELIVERY OF IMAGES:
MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY will deliver the agreed quantity of high-resolution images on a personalised USB stick, the images will also be available to view and download from a password protected gallery on website in approximately 6-8 weeks. Wedding albums are a bespoke item and can take up to 6-8 weeks to create after the design has been approved. Once the images have been delivered the Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the digital files.
IMAGE PROCESSING:
The digital editing process can only start post the main wedding event. Digital processing takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks. All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. with photographers judgement regarding these corrections shall be deemed correct.
The photographer will deliver high resolution (300DPI) images. MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY will not give out RAW or/and unedited images.
MEALS:
A meal must be provided by Client for Photographer and those employed by photographer for events 5 hours or longer. MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY is responsible to inform the clients of any second shooters or assistants prior to the date of the wedding so extra meals can be set aside. If a meal is not provided MARGARETA RING PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to leave for one hour to travel to get a meal.
